  • Panning capability to any location within the sensor array
  • 2.8V single power supply and power standby mode
  • Color array using RGB Bayer filter pattern
  • Digital output via 8-bit/10-bit parallel interface
  • Programmable features include : Frame size (frame rate), window size and position, integration time , gain control (separately for red, green, blue), ADC input range, access to internal registers via a serial interface
  • 32 pin CLCC (lens embodied type)
